What to bring.

Our tents are fully equipped with kitchen, furniture and bedding. You do not need to bring any camping equipment.
However, the weather by the sea is unpredictable and variable. Remember to take something to cover up and protect yourself from the rain.
The nights can be cold. Remember to take warm underwear.
Headlamps are a useful accessory at night.

bedding.

Our tents are equipped with hotel quality beds, duvets, sheets and pillows, warm and comfortable.
We also provide you with bath towels. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Arrival.

Our tents are available from 4pm. In order to give us time to clean up between two stays, please respect this schedule.

baby bed.

As an option it is possible to add a baby bed in your tent and/or an extra bed.

Late arrival.

If you arrive after 7pm please remember to notify reception. We will provide you with all the information to access your lodge.
Arrivals after 9pm are subject to an additional charge.

minimum stay.

Lodges are available for a minimum of 3 nights out of season.

During the months of July and August we only rent the Lodges by the week from Saturday to Saturday

Bath houses.

In addition to the tents with their own bathrooms, there are two common bath houses with 7 indoor showers, 1 outdoor shower and 8 toilets. They are cleaned twice a day.

Barbecue.

Barbecues are available at the Farm.

Wasching Machines.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the large bath house.

Campfire.

A campfire is available in front of the farm.

Wifi.

Bot-Conan Lodge is the ideal place to reconnect with nature. That is why there is Wi-Fi inside and outside the Farmhouse but not in the tents.

Kitchen.

All our tents are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with gas hob, fridge or icebox, kettle, coffee maker and all crockery and cooking utensils.

Electricity.

All our tents are equipped with 220V electricity with French plugs and USB sockets.

Power adapters are available at the reception.

Coffee / Tea / Breakfast.

Coffee and tea available all day at the Farm.

Every morning you will find fresh bread, pastries and fruit juice at the farm.

Cancellation.

You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 10 weeks before your stay(reduced to 4 weeks due to the pandemic).

Tourist tax.

Tourist taxes are not included in the total amount and are to be paid on the spot in cash or credit card.

Rates

Children.

Children are on the responsibility of their parents at all times of the day within the Bot-Conan Lodge grounds.

Payments.

The reservation is effective upon payment of a deposit of 30%.

The balance is due 10 weeks before the start of your stay.

Departure.

We ask our guests to leave their lodge by 10am on the day of departure.

Please empty your rubbish bins and the fridge, remove the sheets from the beds and leave the tent as clean as possible.

Animals.

Pets are welcome at Bot-Conan Lodge, at an additional cost. Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the camp.

Refunds.

Refunds do not cover force majeure events beyond our control.

Quiet.

The camp is mainly aimed at families with young children. For the peace of mind of all, we ask you not to make any noise after 10 pm.

Lost property.

Bot-Conan Lodge cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

A safe is available at the reception.

Storm.

Although it is unlikely that such conditions will occur during the summer, we reserve the right to cancel your booking if we feel that the situation is too dangerous for our travellers.

Parking.

Cars are not allowed in the fields of the Lodges. They must be parked in the car park at the entrance. Luggage drop-off and pick-up is permitted on Saturdays.
